Step 1: Fill Out The Driver Intake Form & Text or Email Basic Documents:
Text at (443)-921-8300 or email at Support@NaiveSprint.com, a copy of your a) Driving License, b) For Hire Driving Permit (if you have it) from MD, VA, DC, PA or DE c) FULL driving record from ALL STATES that you have had license in, d) Vehcile registration (if you want to drive your own vehicle), e) Vehicle Insurance and then f) Click on the link below and fill out the form:

Once we have received all of the above, then we will reach back to you to discuss available opportunities.
Step 2: Sign An Agreement with us & Show us your vehicle and complete rest of the paper work:
Once you have been invited to join after review of above documents, you will need to a) Sign a independent operator/contractor agreement with us, b) Fill out a W-9 form c) Provide us with vehicle safety inspection report from your state, d) Povide missing documents if any; such as commercial insurance or for hire permit etc e) Undergo drug test and background check.
Step 3: Orientation & Training & Then Make $:
Once you are ready to start, you will undergo a one hour long Orientation with us, 3-5 hours long training and then you will be ready to ride with an experienced driver as a trainee. After a few runs, once we feel that you got the skills needed to deliver an excellent experience and great customer service to all our clients, but in a safe & courteous manner, that's when you will be assigned your first indepenent run. After that, it's all in your hands, how you make more and more money, through honesty, reliability, flexibility, excellent customer service & communication skills. Happy Driving !

HOW THE PAY OUTS WORK:
IN THIS INDUSTRY, the payments depend on affiliates billing their clients, and then those clients paying the affiliates, and then finally affiliates paying the drivers. This takes approximately 2-3 weeks cycle to collect and pay. Therefore, there is no fixed dates for pay out but you are roughly paid twice a months (i.e., fortnightly pay schedule with no fixed dates). So please manage your budget accordingly.
